Mommy's Sidekick

Khloe has been such a good girl and great sidekick (to Mommy), today. Mommy was reminded today, that she is not going to stay little forever... and she is growing up far too fast. It makes Mommy so sad. This is the very reason she gets to dress up and play every day. She is Mommy and Daddy's last baby, so her toddler years will be spontaneous and fun every day! We do not want to rush her growing up in any way, shape or form! Khloe had a really eventful day today. She got to do a little boutique shopping with Mommy (after a little class of hers), grab and go lunch, visiting with grandma and then finishing her day off by getting to sleep over at Papaw and Nana's house... and she even got to see her great grandma (Mamaw) when she arrived at her grandparents' house! What a happy, happy girl!

Whirling & Twirling

Khloe was so happy to see her dance buddies in ballet class today. She enjoys spending time with all the girls! Once again, she had to go to the ice cream parlor (since it's right around the corner from her dance studio). She chose cookies & cream today. Mmm!! A girl with good taste... what do you expect? She wanted to go to the park, today, but we had too many errands to run to go. So, she was a little disappointed. Daddy made plans to ride bikes with a friend in town, so us girls grabbed dinner (Khloe's choice, of course) at Olive Garden. Shortly after, we picked up Bubby from football practice.

Hip Hop Tuesday

Khloe was really excited to get to go to her second Hip Hop class today. She loves this upbeat dance class... so fun!! She is making new friends in this dance class... and really enjoys her teacher! She really wanted to see her Papaw, afterwards, so we stayed in the Square and headed to the ice cream parlor, after class. He was not working in the Square today, so Khloe indulged in her ice cream, anyway. LOL Khloe and Mommy enjoyed lunch in the Square, too. Khloe did a little shopping and went to Bubby's school (with Mommy), after all the afternoon excitement.

Let's Get this Week Started...

Khloe had a wonderful weekend... She experienced all sorts of fun. She went fishing and saw Smurfs 2 in the theater with Daddy, park and other fun time with Papaw/Nana and a little bit of everything with Mommy. LOL The most exciting part of it all, though, was Khloe getting her surprise from Daddy on Sunday... her big girl princess bicycle. She was surprised with it when we picked her up at the Square (after spending the night with Papaw/Nana). Khloe enjoyed a day of fun with Mommy, today, too. She ran some errands with Mommy and then we went to Target to pick out her big girl helmet to go with her new bicycle. She rode it around the square... without any help, of course. A PRO at heart! :) Khloe's poor arm leg is swollen because of mosquito bites (which she is extremely allergic to)... you can tell in the picture. It's her right leg.

Bringing on Saturday

Khloe woke up today and the first thing she "reminded" Daddy and Mommy about was the movie Smurfs. She has been wanting to watch it, for a few weeks now. She is so excited that Daddy is taking her on a Daddy/Daughter date to go watch the Smurfs matinee movie! She loves going to the BIG theater (aka movie theater). She, also, has more fun up her sleeve today... she is going to get a new bicycle (her size) today with Daddy AND she is going to go watch Bubby play his first HS football game. Go Bubby! She even gets to spend time with Papaw/Nana, today... she's a busy girl.

Friday - Woot, Woot !

Thank goodness it is the last day of the week... This week has been super busy and exhausting. Khloe never complains, though. She is a girl on a mission... always! She is super excited about this weekend. She gets to watch her Bubby play at his first high school football game. Go Bubby! And, she gets to spend some fun time with Daddy... and her grandparents. Yay! Khloe has already, this morning, been super busy. We took Daddy to pick up his H2 (he had to have it serviced). Then, she had a morning playdate with Mommy... and the rest of the day is free range... no classes, just loads of fun hanging out with her BFF (Mommy).

Oodles of Fun

Khloe had a little class today. She really wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese for some inside fun... since the weather has been humid and hot this week. Daddy came home for lunch and she begged him to take her. He couldn't because he had commitments today. However, Mommy promised if she was a good girl today, then I would take her for a quick trip to Chuck E Cheese (even though Mommy doesn't like all the germs there!). After her early afternoon class, we made a quick (and fun!) trip to Chuck E Cheese. Luckily, there was only one or two other kids there, so not many germs. LOL
