Dance is Where the Heart is

Khloe enjoyed dance class today. She was thrilled because her dance teacher was back today. She had been out with a newborn and then her newborn baby caught a virus and ended up in the hospital for 7 days. Sweet baby boy! But, Khloe was excited to have her dance teacher back in class teaching them their recital dance. Yay!! Khloe cannot wait to learn her entire routine. Khloe has been dealing with some yucky winter allergies... making her slightly congested and puffy eyes. Guess it's time to get back on her allergy medicine. Boo. But, overall it's been great weather for her... in the 40s and 50s... but, every other day it gets down in the early 30s and late 20s. All these changes in weather (back in forth) calls for a change in your bodies wellness.

Let's Get this Week Started...

Khloe was ready for a new week. Although, she had quite the action-packed weekend. She was able to spend some time with her grandparents and her best buddy, Lillian. Daddy went on an intense mountain biking trip, so Khloe enjoyed her time with Bubby and Mommy. It was a little chilly this weekend, so we didn't really get to spend much time outside. We did work on projects at home... we made snowflakes out of coffee filters and so much more! Today, Khloe had a short little class. Then, Mommy took sweet Khloe to the park (she met a little girl whom she played with for a little bit). She enjoyed the park, but it was a tad bit windy outside, so it wasn't fun for the ears.

Sweet Friday

Khloe loves the end of the week... She loves school, but she really loves weekends. She has several fun activities planned for this weekend. Birthday parties, park time, grandparents and more. Today, she had a short speech class and then we spent the majority of the day at home doing projects, practicing her writing and cuddling with Mommy. Khloe headed to her Daddy's work later... afterwads, they enjoyed some fun time together at the park and then dinner and Papaw/Nana's house. Khloe can't wait to get the rest of her weekend started. So much fun to be had!

Sat-HER-day

Khloe is loving her 4-day weekend. Tonight, Daddy and Mommy have a friend's surprise party to attend, so Miss Khloe will be getting to spend even more time at Papaw/Nana's house. She loves it!! The weather is unseasonably warm... if it weren't for the wind, it would be the perfect "Spring-like" day. Khloe definitely took advantage of this awesome weather and spent some time outside getting her vitamin D (from the bright sun). Mommy had a family member's Baby Shower to attend, so Khloe enjoyed spending some time with her Daddy (before going to her grandparents' house). Daddy took sweet girl to the museum and to explore other outdoor activities. Khloe had such an eventful perfect day!

Papaw/Nana's Girl

Khloe has been spending a good amount of time at her grandparents' home lately. She has a playroom, playset, real pony, power wheels car and friends all over at their home. Khloe lives in a very hilly area without sidewalks... her house sits on top of a hill. So, she has to keep all her stuff for outdoors at Papaw/Nana's house. She loves to go over there... and asks Mommy every morning if she can go to her grandparents' home. Today, she ran errands and hung out with Mommy... and headed back to her grandparents' house to play outside... in this super duper gorgeous weather. Cannot believe January's weather here is in the 60's... Say what?!! We'll take it though. No one's complaining here. Ha!!

Too Cold to do Much

Khloe looked forward to her day, today. She got to see her best little friends in dance class... and then after Nana picked her up from dance to take her to her house. Khloe was thrilled to have her BEST FRIEND, Lillian, come to her Nana's house and play with her. They are so sweet together and really act a lot like sisters. Khloe got to stay the night with her grandparents... which made her incredibly happy!! She has been spending a good amount of time at her Papaw/Nana's house, lately. It's too cold outside to really do anything else. Khloe cannot wait for Spring.

Fun Day Friday

Khloe had a great day. She wanted to take her American Girl doll to meet her speech teacher today. Ha! So she put a cute pair of shoes on her doll and grabbed a pair of stylish sunglasses for herself... and we were out the door. Khloe ate a quick lunch with Mommy (Daddy left for an all-guys camping trip today... for the rest of the weekend!). We picked up Bubby from school today, but Mommy let him drive to work. It was the first time Khloe rode in the car with her brother while he was driving. Bubby gets his drivers license and car next month, so he will be driving quite a bit (practicing with us in the car until he drives on his own). Khloe had fun eating pizza and hanging out with her Bubby's friend, Allie, tonight... until her mother picked her up. It was a long (but fun) day for Khloe girl! Now she's ready to see her best friend, Lillian, tomorrow at Nana's house... and afterwards, head to see her grandparents!

Miss K Back in Action...

Khloe really didn't want to go back to school today, after the holidays. Goodness. But, she is in full swing back in the groove of normal life and all her activities! She had a hard time crawling out of her bed this morning and going to school. Between the long break and it being so cold, it sounded much more her pace to just stay in bed today. She is a busy girl... and it keeps her on her toes... literally! She, also, starts back at dance this week... which makes her such a smitten/happy girl! (A secret surprise: Nana is picking her up from school today and taking her for catfish and then off to dance!! Shh!!)

2015... To Be Continued!

A new year (2015)... same blog... one sweet, little girl (Khloe) is bound to make a statement, yet again! Khloe had a fabulous year in 2014... making many wonderful memories. But, this year will be the best year, yet. Khloe had her first sleepover (with her friend, Lillian) at Nana's house this week - a FIRST! They had so much fun! Lillian is Khloe's bestest friend and she just adores her. With this FIRST, there are bound to be many many first this year. Khloe will be flying for the first time this year (on her birthday) to a wonderful family trip. Then, she will be visiting Disney World for the first time in October for more family time. Khloe will make an impression every where she goes. She is such a sweet girl and loves the adventures of life. Here's to a new FANTASTIC year in 2015!!

Today Khloe started back on her daily routine... Speech class first! She enjoyed getting back in to the groove of things. A girl on a schedule.
