Fun with Daddy & Pictures

Khloe had a fun day. She enjoyed spending time with Daddy outside, today... Since it was the weekend and he didn't have to work. He played and played with Khloe... blowing on her belly, playing flying frog and jumping on the trampoline. Daddy even read the Dr. Suess book "Oh, the Places You'll Go.." to her outside on this perfect day! The weather was amazing... no wind (or rain/snow/hail/etc) and the sun was perfect. Khloe thoroughly enjoyed her day. After a packed day, Khloe headed to her Spring Photo Shoot for some fun Spring Pictures. She looked adorable!! Afterwards, Khloe went to an indoor play center and waited for Papaw/Nana to pick her up... for overnight fun with them! What a day for sweet Khloe!

Hail to the Princess

Khloe was pampered like a Princess today! She truly had was pampered... She went to one of her favorite Nail Salons for little girls. Khloe got a pedicure and manicure... and she got designs on her toenails and fingernails. So precious and sweet! Mommy was snapping pictures like crazy... of course. Ha! While Khloe was finishing up at the nail salon, it down poured hail. Khloe had never quite seen weather like that. After she was all primped and pretty, we headed home (in the rain) to meet Daddy to go shopping (the dreading grocery shopping!).

Wind-Day

Khloe was mad that it was extremely windy today. Goodness... Seriously, at times, we thought it was going to blow us away. Yikes! The day ended with lightning and thunder. We have the craziest weather in the country, I'm sure. We never know if it's going to be warm, cold, windy, wet, etc. Unpredictable. But, Khloe still managed to have a super fun day today. She enjoyed a delicious lunch out with Mommy, followed by a sweet treat. Then, she still was able to spend some time (early evening) at her favorite park in town. Such a fun/busy day for darling Khloe.

Officially... Break Time

Khloe had her last class, today... until Spring Break is over! Bubby did, too... It's officially Spring Break (after the makeup snow days!). So, Mommy treated Khloe to a scoop of her favorite ice cream after school. Then, Khloe and Bubby went with Mommy to visit a good friend of ours (Shannon). Khloe just loved on Shannon today... So sweet! Ready for NO CLASSES the rest of this week... Woot, woot! Bubby already headed out with his Buddy, tonight, to spend time out of town for his big Spring Break.

Spring Break!!

Khloe didn't particularly appreciate her first day of Spring Break being cold/gloomy. Boo! But, it's going to be a weird week, anyway. Mainly because the schools are making up snow days part of the week this week (which means, even though it's Spring Break, she still have classes on Monday and Tuesday this week... brother, too). No fun! But, we still had a fun day. We ate yummy Mexican food for lunch, had a treat at Starbucks and then headed to Speech class. After class, we ran some errands and went home to work on reading/writing, before heading out for a Martial Arts class for Bubby. Long Monday. Khloe got lots of compliments on her comfy, but super cute outfit today! ;)

Free Friday

Khloe did not have one single appointment or class today. Yay! So, it definitely called for a fun, free day for her. She wanted to spend some time outside... it was overcast and warm. Khloe and Mommy spent time today, also, practicing writing her letters and numbers (we will continue to work diligently on our writing skills until Kindergarten this Fall). We met Daddy at work later this afternoon, because he wanted to show Khloe some beautiful Spring flowers (near his office) that we blooming.... and he intended on taking little missy on a short hike.

Dancing into Spring

Khloe is counting down the hours until it is officially Spring (tomorrow!). Winter has been crazy this year and we are all ready for it to be over. Goodness. So, today, Khloe had dance class and was excited to cheer on Spring. The girls in dance were so cute, today... They all were full of energy and free style dancing during breaks. Ha! What a sweet group of adorable girls! Khloe's little extended family. After class today, Khloe and the other girls loved on her dance teacher's new darling baby. Khloe spent a little time outside, today, as well.

Music Night w/ Papaw

Khloe had school today... they had lots of fun preschool activities/projects that they worked on. Just a couple more days until it is offically SPRING! Woot, woot!! After Khloe got out of school today, she was surprised with her favorite Disney movie (favorite of ALL TIME), Frozen... which was released today. Talk about a super excited little girl. Daddy, Mommy and Bubby had a Benefit Dinner tonight, so Khloe got to spend time this evening at her grandparents' house. Papaw had music tonight (both giving lessons and playing with his band). Khloe always loves hearing her Papaw play! It's time this little girl learn piano. There were several guests at Khloe's grandparents house. Daddy picked Khloe up after our Benefit Dinner concluded... Just in time to snuggle in bed.

Happy Patty's Day

Khloe loves every holiday... no matter what it is! Today, she didn't want to get pinched.... so, she wore her St. Patrick's Day outfit. Khloe keeps saying, "Happy Patty's Day." She refused to add the "St.". LOL So... Patty's Day it is! Khloe had speech class today... and was treated to a yummy lunch with Mommy (Olive Garden... Mmm!). After class, Khloe and Mommy dropped by Daddy's work to say hi to him. Khloe loves her family so much... as they do her! Yesterday, it was cold and snowing... today, it is clear and sunny (and warm). What a loopy Winter. We are all so ready for Spring.

Daddy-Daughter Fun

Khloe spent the majority of the day at home... just chillin' with Mommy and Daddy. Bubby had school today (yes, on Saturday), because our school district decided that today would be a good day to make up some of our excessive snow days. LOL So, when Mommy went in to town to pick up Bubby from school, Khloe and Daddy dashed out to spend some fun time outside. Daddy took Khloe to the park... as you know, this is one of her favorite pass time activities! She is such a loved little girl.

Walkin' on Sunshine

Khloe spent the majority of her sweet time outside, today. She had one little class... but, other than that, we enjoyed this beautiful, spring-like day. There is so much extra time in the day with the sun setting later (because of Daylight Savings this past Sunday). Khloe is happy go lucky. Khloe enjoyed time at her favorite park, after she went to the nail salon to get her nails painted (with Mommy). Such a fun Friday for Khlo Bug.

Nap on the Porch

Khloe wanted to spend some time outside today... the weather was so nice, but it was a tad windy. She had some testing done for speech (for Kindergarten readiness). Afterwards, she had fun with her pals in dance class. They are working hard on their recital. They are dancing to such a fun song. Her teacher is back from maternity leave... and Khloe could not be happier! We played at the park today until it was time to pick up
Bubby from school. After we got home and began cooking dinner, Khloe chose to wrap up in a blanket on the patio furniture and take a little nap... The little sweetie is so ready for Summertime. Bring it on.

Mommy & Daddy are HOME

Khloe was the happiest little girl in the world, today. She has been anxiously awaiting the return of her Mommy and Daddy (from their two week trip to New Zealand). She missed Mommy and Daddy so very much! So, today, was an extra special day for Khloe. She loved on Mommy all day today... while we hung out around town (running errands and catching up on life). Mommy and Daddy missed sweet Khloe so much, too! She had been trapped indoors because of ice/snow, while Mommy and Daddy were away... she was with Papaw and Nana, until we returned home. She was in good care! Today, Khloe wanted to spend time outside, too... it has been a long time since it was a nice, warm day... and did we enjoy every minute of it. Today, also, marked a milestone for Khloe. She got her first pair of glasses... She was a trooper. She looks ADORABLE in them! But, she will only were the for a 10 minutes at a time. It is going to have to be a work in progress. Ha!
